Co-host the Infrastructure_0525.zip, a modular creative community initiative designed to cultivate long-term collaboration, knowledge sharing, and cross-disciplinary exchange.

Conceived as the pilot of an evolving event system, ".zip" symbolizes a shared file—open, expandable, and continuously shaped by its contributors. Rather than a one-off gathering, the project establishes a flexible framework where future editions can evolve into different formats, such as .mp4 (music), .psd (visual arts), or .txt (conversation), each exploring a different aspect of creative practice while remaining part of the same ecosystem.

As Founder and Creative Director, I developed the project's concept, visual identity, programming, and event experience, creating an environment where artists, designers, technologists, and cultural practitioners could exchange ideas across disciplines. The long-term vision is to build a sustainable creative infrastructure that supports mentorship, collaboration, practical resources, and new opportunities for emerging and established creatives alike.
